Hello! My name is Vanessa and welcome to my blog. I started this because I wanted to have a way to document my babies and I just didn't have the creativity or time to scrapbook. All the amazing friends I have made along the way are just an extra blessing! When I'm not trying my best to be a domestic goddess you can find me taking pictures of my children, spending far too much time curled up with a good book...I mean my Kindle, cheering on my man Peyton Manning (Go Broncos!) and probably searching my house for chocolate. Dave is an amazing father and we feel so blessed to have him in our lives. He spends his days in the ER helping others and attending school to become a nurse practitioner. When he isn't at work or school you can find him playing with the kids, watching movies or football.

Kensley is our first born. At four-years old she is the absolute light of our lives and she cracks us up on a daily basis. From her fashion sense (princess pajamas and tutus) to her total love for her brother and broccoli, she definitely keeps us on our toes.

Rowan is our two-year-old baby boy. He spends his days smiling and talking, counting and pointing out shapes, playing with cars and trains and reading books, cuddling and loving on Mama and Daddy and trying to get away from his sister.

Bath Time!

Rowan has been a little slow to warm up to bath time.

I was starting to wonder if he was going to like bath time about as much as his sister.

(You know, the one who runs away when we start the bath water? The one who screams like I'm ripping her fingernails off when I put her in the tub? The one who we have to bribe to get out of the pool but acts like the bathtub is filled with acid? Yeah. That sister)

But luckily for us, it seems that Rowan is really starting to like bath time. These were taken on his first ever experience. Now let's just hope he continues to like it! ;)
